License to use the app

PDFKing is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, you may use the app on compatible devices for your personal, non-transferable use. All rights not expressly granted remain with Lonumy and its licensors.

Subscriptions and premium access

Some PDFKing features may require an active subscription or other premium access. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are generally handled through the platform you used to purchase the subscription, including Apple where applicable.

AI and cloud features

PDFKing offers AI-powered features and document conversion that require network connectivity. These features process document text through secure encrypted connections. Usage of AI features may be subject to fair use limits or credit systems as described in the app.

Service changes

PDFKing may evolve over time. Features, design, availability, and technical requirements may change, be improved, or be removed. We may also release updates to maintain app quality, security, and compatibility.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit PDFKing except where law clearly allows it.
• Do not use the service in a way that harms Lonumy, PDFKing, or other users.
• Do not use AI features to process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Availability and support

While we aim to keep PDFKing available and stable, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Support is offered through the in-app feedback or support flow, and response times may vary.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of PDFKing after an update means the revised terms will apply going forward.
